The Money Subjects Made Simple Podcast Studio

UPDATE March 2012:  After a grueling travel schedule, and catching the flu, February was spent refining the Money Subjects Made Simple Podcast format.  In March, I’m producing the first three episodes to be released in April. Stay tuned!

UPDATE January 2012: After a lot of learning, I finally have my new podcasting studio set up for the Money Subjects Made Simple podcast!

I’m using a Shure SM58 Mic plugged into a Behringer 802 Mixer with my Macbook connected for music, skype, and other audio. I monitor it all with my Bose In Ear Headphones.  Every sound is sent to, and recorded with, a Zoom H4N Digital Recorder.

Also, the book Podcast Solutions was invaluable in helping me ask the right questions, and get the right answers, to many podcasting topics. I highly recommend this book if you’re starting or considering starting a podcast.

OCTOBER 2011:

I’m a big fan of podcasts. So, as of mid October, I’m in the early stages of producing the Your Money House Podcast.

The problem is… their is a lot of technical “behind-the-scenes” work to getting podcast recorded, edited, and listed in iTunes.

I’m still learning how to do it. And if you’re an expert on Podcasting, I’d love to hear from you (i.e. get some help).

I’ll have the first few episodes up this year. So, stay tuned for the Your Money House Podcast!
